Check out this video of Dodge’s latest concept vehicle, the Demon, which is set to debut at the Geneva Auto Show in March. The Demon is a hot little roadster that probably will never see the light of day as a production car.

blur’s coffee and tv
‘Coffee & TV’ by Blur, a song that goes back a good number of years, is very catchy and has a crazy/clever video to go along with it. Any video that has a dancing milk carton is tops in my books.

harry connick jr’s new orleans elegy
Alison Fensterstock writes a very smart piece for Paste Magazine on musician/actor Harry Connick Jr.’s ode to New Orleans, his home town.

the adult picky eater
I’ll admit that I was a very picky eater as a child. Don’t believe me? Just ask my mom. I did not like many fruits and vegetables, and that was just the beginning. This, of course, did change with age. I still will not eat any fish. Well, here comes the science as to why […]

is pay per use the future?
Is pay per use, or Performance-based Logistics (PBL), the future of paying for the delivery of products?
At the heart of PBL is the notion that risks and incentives should be more equitably aligned between suppliers and customers than has been possible under traditional “fixed-price” or “cost-plus” contracts. According to a recent paper and conference […]

let’s get to know…irisz agocs
Irisz Agocs is an wonderfully talented illustrator from Budapest, Hungary. I do not exactly know how I originally came across Irisz’s blog, but I am certainly glad that I did. Irisz’s work always seems to put a smile on my face. Her illustrations are distinct; they have a child-like sense of play, but there is […]

tip: how to deal with a water spot on a tie
Got water or other liquids on your tie? The best, and I mean best, way to deal with it is to dab and then rub the spot with the same material as the tie. So, if it is on the front - wide - part of the tie, take the thin end and use that. […]

oh no they didn’t: tatoos for babies
So, some company has thought that it is a good time for the world to have temporary tattoos for babies. They will even tell you that they are FDA approved. That’ll toughen the little kid up. Actually it won’t and maybe it will mentally scar the child. Yeah, years later when they see their baby […]

is the music superstar a thing of the past?
A very, very interesting article from the Telegraph on whether the global music superstar is to become a thing of the past.
But as the music industry struggles to come to terms with collapsing sales, diverging international markets and the internet-fuelled emergence of highly personalised and parochial buying patterns, is the era of the global musical […]
