The Hold Steady are one kick-ass American band. Their latest, and third, album ‘Boys and Girls in America’ (which came out back in 2006) is a near-perfect album full of classic American rock – think Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band. The song ‘Chips Ahoy’ will give you an idea of what the band is easily capable of and it has a great video.
