mit sues frank gerhy

MIT has filed suit against Frank Gerhy’s Gerhy Partners over alleged design flaws in the Stata Center. MIT claims there are persistent leaks, drainage issues – oh and mold.

vinyl is more than back – it’s killing the cd

I caught this interesting post on Wired last week about the continuous phoenix rising of vinyl records. What makes this all the more interesting is how maybe, just maybe, vinyl (along with mp3’s) might do to the CD what the CD might have done to vinyl.

burt’s bees is being bought by bleach

How is that for an attempt at alliteration. Burt’s Bees, which is a natural personal care company (most famous for its chapped lips products) is being bought by Clorox Inc. for $950 million US.
