I’m curious, what is something (not the thing, just something) that you could not live without as a kid? What about today?

Me, when I was a kid, I supposed I could not live without my Nintendo (the classic NES system). Today, I would say it is my music collection. Hah! Take that desert island people, I am going with my whole collection and not just 5 albums.

I am opening up this thread to those who have *ahem* accidentally found it on their hard drives to comment on. I cannot weigh in on this as I am waiting for an official release. So how is it?
